Without signing in
Your lessons, quiz scores, flashcards, notes, capstone work and exam record are stored only in your own browser. ZyeemZia does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The official exam and certificates
When you take the official exam, the ZyeemZia certification server (api.zyeemzia.com, hosted on Cloudflare) stores the questions you were given, your answers and your score. It also keeps a salted one-way code made from your network address, used only to limit the number of attempts per day. When you claim a certificate, the name you type, the issue date, your score and the credential ID are stored. Anyone who enters that credential ID can see them: that is how employers verify a certificate.
Signing in with Google (optional)
If you choose to sign in, Google shares your account ID, name, email address and profile picture link with ZyeemZia. ZyeemZia never sees your Google password. These details are stored with your synced course progress so that it follows you to other devices, and certificates you claim while signed in are linked to your account. Your data is not sold, not shared with anyone else and not used for advertising.
How long data is kept
Sign-in sessions expire after 180 days. Account details and synced progress are kept until you delete your account. Issued certificates are kept so that they can always be verified.
Your choices
- Sign out at any time from the Account page.
- Delete your account from the Account page. This removes your sign-in details and synced progress from ZyeemZia's servers. Issued certificates stay valid but are no longer linked to an account.
- To correct the name on a certificate, contact ZyeemZia with your credential ID, using the support email shown on the Google sign-in screen.
Children
Learners under 13 should use these sites with a parent or guardian, and a parent should sign in on their behalf.
